Warranty Policy

  1. All product warranty periods will be counted according to the Invoice issued date.
  2. All our warranty policy is in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of our respective Distributor.
  3. Warranty is invalidated if the defect is caused (with intention or no intention) by physical damage, wear, and tear, accident, misuse, mishandling, or abuse.
  4. Warranty is invalidated if a customer was unable to provide us with the original proof of purchase (order number, cash receipt, delivery note, bank statement) during the warranty claim.
  5. All working products sold by us that are found incompatible with the customer’s PC or Notebook strictly will not be entitled to any exchange.
  6. Please contact (013 222 0552) or email us ([email protected]) first before shipping anything back to us, so that we can provide you with complete return instructions.
  7. All postage charges for sending and returning products for exchange or warranty purposes will be borne by the customer except if we send the wrong or defective product to you.
  8. We reserve the right to the final decision.
