Our Warranty Policy

  1. All sales are considered final. Therefore, no refund will be entitled.
  2. All products warranty period will be counted according to the Invoice issued date.
  3. All our warranty policy is in accordance with the terms and conditions of our respective supplier.
  4. Warranty is invalidated if the defect is caused (with intention or no intention) by physical damage, wear, and tear, accident, misuse, mishandling, or abuse.
  5. Warranty is invalidated if a customer was unable to provide us with the original proof of purchase (order number, cash receipt, delivery note, bank statement) during warranty claim.
  6. All working products sold by us that found incompatible with the customer’s PC or Notebook are strict will not be entitled to any exchange.
  7. Please contact or email us ([email protected]) first before shipping anything back to us, so that we can provide you with complete return instructions.
  8. All postage charges for sending and returning products for exchange or warranty purposes will be borne by the customer except if we send the wrong or defective product to you.
  9. We reserve the right to the final decision.

Manufacturer's Warranty Policy

Most of the goods advertised on this website come with a manufacturer’s warranty. You can directly contact the manufacturer or service center for details relating to the available manufacturer’s warranty (if any).

Our Delivery Policy

  1.  All the products sold will be processed after your payment has been received and confirmed by us.
  2.  All the products purchased on Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  3.  All payment that made after 2 pm, we will ship out your order on the next working day.
  4.  Please be informed, We will use J&T Express or Poslaju Express courier service to ship our products, but if our shipment check-in the system found no J&T or Poslaju option for your order, we will ship your order using one of the couriers that available such as (Ninja Van, DHL, Citylink, and Others). Please be informed that you cannot choose any courier service based on your preference, we will choose the service for you depending on the location and the quantity of the product ordered.
  5.  We will provide you with the tracking number of your order and it will be sent via email. Kindly please gives us your correct and actives email address to avoid any inconvenience.
  6. If you are not receiving any tracking number after 24 hours that payment has been made, please contact us for confirmation.
  7. Any loss or accident during the delivery process is strictly not our responsibility, the buyer needs to bear his own risk. But this problem is rare to us. We will assist you in making shipment insurance claims in the event of any loss happen.
